Forms of Payment Accepted:
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or cash at this time.
Sales Tax:
We are required by law to charge 7% New Jersey state sales tax for non-clothing sales.
Shipping Charges:
Domestic shipping rates are determined based on the total amount of your order outlined in the table below. Domestic orders of $150.00 or more are always entitled to free shipping! Orders of $150 or more that are returned will be subject to shipping charges coinciding with the final order total. For international shipments, additional fees will apply. Please email us for a shipping quote.

Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, Priority Mail. Please allow five to seven business
days for receipt.
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge if you just can't wait to get
your new Marabo clothing! Please contact us for an expedited
fee schedule.
International Shipments:
We will ship internationally to select countries. Table rates for shipping do not apply to international shipments. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your country.
Please note that we are not responsible for any import
duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply. Please leave additional time for overseas delivery. We reserve the right to reject orders that require shipment to certain international countries.
Returns/Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't fit right or you just don't like the
product you've ordered, you can return it for a full refund, exchange it or opt for a credit within 10 days
of receipt. Please follow the instructions below. Merchandise credits will be granted for products returned
up to 20 days. Please note that merchandise credits expire six months after issuance. Shipping costs
are not refundable. In the case of full-priced size exchanges, we will reship the new size/s free of charge for one exchange (domestic orders only). The second exchange will require an additional shipping and handling fee.
Orders of $150 or more are granted free shipping. In the event of a return resulting in an order total less than $150, customers will be responsible for the table rate shipping charge corresponding to the adjusted total. This amount will automatically be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Returned items must be in their original condition with labels attached. Worn, washed, dirty or altered
garments will not be eligible for return, credit or exchange. When shipping your returns back to Marabo
we strongly suggest that you insure and track the package as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns Procedure:
- Please e-mail us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the product(s) back to us in the original packaging (clothing must be covered by waterproof
plastic bag) using an insured carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you opt to use the US Postal
Service you can insure and track your package for additional fees.
- When we receive the package and have ensured they are in their original condition, your
refund/exchange/credit will be issued.
Terms of Service:
By filling in the order Marabo order form and submitting it online or via e-mail, an offer is made. The
acceptance is made when Marabo charges the buyer's credit card or receives the money order. Marabo
reserves the right to accept or decline your order.
We reserve the right to change the prices on our website before processing your order in the case of any
inaccuracies. We will not accept liability for any misunderstandings or errors in our product descriptions.
All logos, pictures and text on the www.maraboonline.com website belong to Marabo and may not be used
without written consent.

Marabo takes your privacy seriously. We're dedicated to keeping your personal information confidential
and will under no circumstances sell or misuse the details of your information. If you prefer not to be a
